      Dear Nancy,
Thank you for all you do. I know I smile more when listening to “Nancy for Frank”
Yesterday (5/21/13) was a terrific set, as always. A song has been in my head ever since and I tried to find it on iTunes but I am not sure what rendition you played. Could you please tell me. The song is “A man and a woman”.
      Thank you,

Hi Nancy. I last saw u live in L.A. in 04 @ the knitting factory. Great show. Congratulations on your album with Morrissey & Kim Gordon, etc.Kim was on Sat night live last wknd with alot of rockstars. I’m writing cuz I want to make a “jukebox musical” utilising Morrisseys songs. I’d love u to sing a Morrissey song in it. The prblem is I cant reach his publishers or agts. I e-mail alot of “people” & get no answer. Do u have any idea who & how to get in touch with Morrisseys “people”? ‘ve never created a “jukebox musical” & dont know how the rights thing’s done. Can I just make the show happen with his songs & simply pay royalties to his publisher? How do I do this? Please advise.Thanks……..

Hello Nancy, There is a lont time that we didn´t talk.I have passed my birthday in beach and stay along there for 15 days.
Listen so much your music and of your father.See one interview of 2006 and other videos in you tube. I miss you so much and your family. Last night I have dreamed with your father and your family. I saw your lifes like one movie, each event, each happening.when I wake up my heart was full of memories. I have changeg my email and lost contact with the email we have used for some good time. How I can see here in your site, you are well, and I found you very beautiful in interview. Can you send notices of your family, specially of your mother and brother and sister.I hope you have grandkids by now. I have the second now,and his name is Tomás, he is with 1 month and almost 20 days.
I will look for you in facebook, to send you one picture of him.
I stay many years out of internet, because of the problem of health of my mother, the same of your father, but now with the medicines she is stable and only with the memory a little bad.
I hope you continue to work and made shows, because like Queen says: The show must go on…With all my love and God bless you, and all sinatra ‘s family. Emília Belo Horizonte/MG -Brasil

Can’t edit the dang message…this is still Billy.

    7. Old Guy says:

I haven’t posted in quite a while; besides, the last post I made is buried on an archived item from two or three years ago. I’m sure you haven’t noticed my absence…I wouldn’t if I were in your shoes. I’m just glad you are still active as ever and commend you again for keeping in touch with your fans. I remember that being something you got from your dad. I don’t feel bad for you for being loved by so many, but I’m sorry you have to put up with some of us at times in being held to whatever someone else’s image of what your personal and public life has to be. A couple of wonderful ladies have given me a fresh perspective on that. I’m sure you do well with that sort of thing, but the idea I’m sure some have that you either never hurt or that you deserve the hurts to balance out the benefits from being well known is simply wrong. No, I’m not looking for details anywhere; I just know it happens. I just wish the best for you always in both those things which we know about, and those which are none of our business. And while this note has its limitations…that’s easy to realize when I put myself in your place…I’m sure you know that you do have some wonderful fans who wish you well and aren’t expecting or even hoping for anything from you…it’s just impossible to know who they are. So, maybe you can hold the thought that, whether I’m one of them or not, there are some whose desire is not to be a pain in the a&&. Time to give this a rest now. Happy Mothers Day!

      Miss Sinatra:

Just wanted to say I love your music and I wish you were doing more these days! You have a beautiful voice (your song “Summer Wine” is one of my favorites; it’s such a haunting and memorable song). Hazlewood was a musical genius who left us much too soon). I live in Blythe, California, which is not very far from Palm Springs and Vegas. If you ever appear in concert in either of those cities, please let me know so I can buy tickets ASAP! You are an absolute doll who is adored by your millions of fans (me included)! Take care!

I love listening to you on Siriusly Sinatra. Your father was a huge favorite of my husband. We missed the chance to see him once when he was in Vegas, I believe it was at the Hilton. My daughter used his “Fairly Tales can Come True” as her dance with her dad when she got married. So many of his songs brings such happy memories of my Nick. It seems like “My Way” was also a theme for my husband.
Thanks for sharing all your stories.

We did get to see Frank Jr. at the MGM once, also a great show. When he did a bit of a tribute to your Dad, we could feel the whole audience had chills.
Thanks for sharing all your stories.

    13. Gregsanto says:

Absolutely love your show ‘Nancy for Frank’ on Siriusly Sinatra’. I have always been a fan of the Great American Songbook…long before it was known as that name and it became cool and trendy, almost to the point of being uncool for a rock & roller who came of age in the early sixties.

You can hear the love you and your siblings have for your father, who like fine wine only gets better with age. I listen online on my computer with speakers each week, please keep up the great work!

      Hey Nanc,
Sorry to bring Sad news but Your favorite fan Rich took a dive Saturday night, yeah his ticker gave out… We only received word last night. WOW, just can’t believe it! He’s in ICU at Hollywood Presbyterian (Dr. Divoudi 323-913-4801)with no immediate Family in the area… It looks bleak & maybe you can perk him up? Everything else is quite complicated and my disposition is not being able to pick up and go…
Thought you would care to know, excuse the use of the format here.

      Hi Nancy,

I have been listening to your music on My Space this morning. I just wanted to let you know that my Mom and I were big fans of you and your Dad. My Mom particularly liked to watch you sing the duets with your Dad in the video from the TV show. My Mom passed away from Alzheimer’s/dementia last year. I know this sounds strange, but she was always asking “where is Nancy” and “where is Frank.” I believe she meant your videos that we would watch all the time. The staff at the nursing home would always play them for her on a portable DVD player that I bought her. – I hope you are doing fine. Cheers. Dave Compton, Denver, CO

      Hi Nancy,
I was listening to a cover song of “Summer Wine” by Lana Del Rey. It was absolutely beautiful so I had to listen to the original by you! I am completely in love with your singing and all of your songs! I really think that the music today playing on the radio should include a few of your songs. I am fourteen years old and I think that my peers should be listening to your beautiful voice instead of the pop music that is playing on the radio today. You are the most talented singer I have ever heard!
      Yours truly,
      Katarina

    17. Deb says:

      Dear Ms. Sinatra,
I just discovered your song It’s for My Dad. This is the first time I have written to an artist to share how I feel about their work. This is a very beautiful and heartfelt song. Your words and the beautiful way you recorded it speak volumes to another woman who also loves her Dad. I am thankful that my Dad is still with me. I plan to share your song with him when I go back home on Father’s Day.
Thank you for recording such a sweet and simple song that speaks volumes. You must have had a very special relationship with your Dad. There is nothing like the love of a father and daughter. I am sure your Dad treasured you. Thank you again. Your work is appreciated.
God bless you and thank you!
      SIncerely,
      Deb

      • Nancy says:

Deb, that beautiful song was written by Lana Chapel. We can all think of our dads when we hear it. Thank you.

    18. Capguy says:

      Dear Ms. Sinatra,

Here I sit, listening to Rhapsody and the album “Sinatra: the best of the best” I can’t help but think what a great supporter of Israel and the Jewish people he was. G-d bless his memory. As an Israeli, I am so proud to know that your dad was one of us. You should be so proud as I’m sure you are. He had an impact on so many and continues to do so to this day even after his passing with his amazing voice and style. You are indeed lucky to be a part of him. Shalom!

      • Nancy says:

My dad carried money for arms for Israel from Teddy Kolleck in the ’40s before the state was born! The story is in my book, Frank Sinatra American Legend.

Hello Nancy – am a long time fan, an immigrant to the USA and love all your work but have a special place in my heart for your song/duet with Dean Martin called “Things”. I will always be grateful to you both for that wonderful song. Keep on singing, keep on being Nancy and one day maybe I will see you preform in person.
      God Bless

      Hiya Nancy,
Tuned in to Siriusly Sinatra and man the childhood flashbacks kept coming! Yeah everything from visiting on Holidays where a few family members were into your flavor of music and of course a movie here and there. Nearly everything you played brought memories long forgotten. AJ sound very much like Mama Nancy too! It was great and helped me unwind Thanks! :D

      • Nancy says:

Thanks! So happy you enjoy our shows.

        • Mick says:

Yes Yes Nancy, seeing you live especially drew me in. It only took a couple notes to recognize House of The Rising Sun with the added surprise of Eric Burdon popping out at the El Rey!
Yet the huge orchestrated strings in You Only Live Twice got me, you may say I’m a dreamer but… ;)

    23. BarryN says:

      Hi nancy:
I was a Military Policeman stationed at the Meiercort Hotel in Saigon in 1967. I remember when you came to entertain the troops.
I almost bumped into you as you were coming into the hotel, I said excuse me, you just smiled that beautiful smile.
Your coming over to VN really meant alot to us and I personally thank you.
      Best Regards, Barry Nardone
PS: My sister met your dad , she was working for Barbara Davis, National Childrens Diabetes Foundation, Carousel ball, and said that she was scared to death to have to make sure thst his room was perfect. I remember something about having Parliment cigarettes everywhere for him.
By the way, Nancy, if you are ever in Altoona, PA, please look
me up, i’d be happy to take you out to dinner. We have great Italian resaurants here.

    24. Blue2 says:

      Hello Dear Nancy,

for first i wanted to say to you, to have the music from your father is for me the most inspiring thing in my live. Crazy to say…but the music with the violence and the words your Father spoken in his very unique songs, are words who let someone see like me to another humen who i´am very thankfull for. For me Frank Sinatra will be my loveliest Sanger to hear to, because of his many songs like All the way, Wandering, ohh and what he sang to you in a video from the very lovely song: Younger then springtime.

My favourite Song from you to hear are two: Time and I´ts such a lonely time…time comes and goes…lonelines comes and goes…but one thing will ever be there, maybe when someone is very old and the mind is not anymore so good. The memory of something very special that was lived and will never disapear.

One song i have hear on youtube from your father is never get on a cd. It is a song who say something to just one person and not more then that. It called (Evergreen)…it is very sad that this song never were on a cd to bye it…

My question to you were: WIll the song “Evergreen” what your father once sang, ever to bye it???because i would be glad to have it.

I hope you and your whole famaly will be in very good health, and that you may can live untill your 100 in very good healt to sing further, and to make other people very happy.

      Michael

      • Nancy says:

I doubt Evergreen will be released, Michael. Dad never finished the recording. So happy you like Time and Such a Lonely Time of Year. Beautiful songs.

        • Blue2 says:

          Dear Nancy,

very sad that this very unique Song from your Father maybe never will be released. The song was a very shourt time at youtube to hear. And i have loaded it on my Computer so i can hear him on my mp3 player or on a cd.

Do you know what i think?. Time ago i have seen a video on youtube where you gave an interview. And you had said you don´t have can hear a very long time September of my jears from your father because you were too much too sad to hear it then. From you the song “It´s such a lonely time of the jear”, means something very high for me because i lost 4 jears ago someone who were all for me in my live. And when i hear your song, my thoughts are like each word you sang once. Because when someone really very lovely person dies there is something that for all time in a life will be very sadly be missed, but thankfull that a person like this there were and will be in the mind.

Thank you a very lot that you had answered me.

Can i ask you maybe just a little question 2?

Did your Father have a quotation or citation of his life?, and maybe you too?…

the best wishes to you and your whole Famaly.

          Michael

      Hello Nancy,
My uncle has owned your old 1971 Jaguar since you sold it years ago. He has kept this car in perfect condition since you and Mr Lambert sold it, he even has the registration slip with both your names on it. I would like very much to take this car to some classic car shows, would you happen to have a picture of you with the car? It would be be a nice addition to the history of the car.
      Thank you,
      Scott

    28. Wreck says:

I was listening to Sirius XM recently and heard a song sung by your father and Bing Crosby.

I had never heard this song before and was wondering if you had any idea what it was.

The song was about the Holy Eucharist, and it was the most overtly religious song I had ever heard your father sing (though it wasn’t, by the way, some somber religious tract in an operatic setting; it was more like a joyful Fifties pop piece written by Sammy Cahn and Jimmy Van Heusen).

Anything come to mind. I’d love to get a copy.

      Thanks,

      Russell

      • Nancy says:

You might be thinking of “Let Us Break Bread Together” which is not about the Holy Eucharist but eating a meal together. The song is in the album, “America, I Hear You Singing.”
